How to Get to Senda Loto

We offer reliable transportation options to help you arrive safely and comfortably at Senda Loto.

Our retreat center is located just 5 minutes from the main entrance of Tayrona National Park, between the towns of Santa Marta and Palomino. You can arrive by private transfer or by bus, depending on your preferences and travel plans.

Private and Secure Transfers

Traveling in a new country can be challenging, so we offer a simple and safe way to get to Senda Loto. Our private transfer service is operated by experienced local drivers in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles.

We coordinate everything in advance and stay in touch on the day of your arrival, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

Pickup Options:

• Barranquilla Airport (BAQ) – Approx. 2.5 hours – $100 USD

• Santa Marta Airport (SMR) – Approx. 1 hour – $50 USD

Arriving by Bus

You can also reach Senda Loto by public transportation. Direct buses to Tayrona / Palomino depart regularly from Santa Marta’s main market (Mercado Público) or from the Terminal de Transportes.

Ask the driver to drop you off at “El Zaino”, the main entrance to Tayrona National Park. From there, we’re just a 5-minute walk away. There is usually also Mototaxis and taxis available at the entrance, or we can help you arrange a pickup in advance.
