To close the 7-day retreat, we gather for a sunset fire puja on the beach: a ritual of offerings and karmic cleansing that honors the closure of the process.
Unlike other approaches that seek to change or perfect who you are, Vipassanā invites you to make your life experience more real: more grounded, clear, and awake. It is not about becoming someone new, but about returning home to your true nature, to what we like to call «being real.»
Noble silence is observed throughout the retreat, with exceptions during classes and a designated free time from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. For those who wish to maintain complete silence throughout the week, this option is also available.
