Buddhist Meditation and Yoga Retreat: A Path Towards Deep Perception

Embark on a profound exploration of the meditative path through this immersive retreat, focused on Vipassanā (perception) and Shamathā (mental calm) meditation. This transformative experience is supported by daily Q sessions, dedicated periods of silence, breathwork practices, and grounded Hatha yoga to relax and strengthen both body and mind. To close the 7-day retreat, we gather for a sunset fire puja on the beach: a ritual of offerings and karmic cleansing that honors the closure of the process.

Unlike other approaches that seek to change or perfect who you are, Vipassanā invites you to make your life experience more real: more grounded, clear, and awake. It is not about becoming someone new, but about returning home to your true nature, to what we like to call «being real.»

Noble silence is observed throughout the retreat, with exceptions during classes and a designated free time from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. For those who wish to maintain complete silence throughout the week, this option is also available.

Guided by Pema, founder of Senda Loto, along with our experienced mindfulness and yoga teachers, this retreat offers a rare opportunity for profound inner growth and spiritual awakening through authentic teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. BUDDHIST MEDITATION & YOGA RETREAT

Guests will observe silence except during classes and the designated free time from 2pm to 5pm. For those who wish to be in full silence for the entire week, it’s also possible.
