In your free time, we invite you to nourish your body, mind, and heart with the following activities:

  • Join a meditational hike with an Indigenous guide into Tayrona Park.
  • Hike our Aluna Trail – enjoy silence and sweeping views of the Sierra Nevada and the ocean.
  • Relax and meditate by the pool or the river – let the sounds of water support your inner stillness.
  • Spend the afternoon by the ocean – just five minutes away (we’re happy to arrange a ride).
  • Share and connect with others in the group – meaningful conversations often arise naturally in a space of presence.
  • Enjoy massages and healing therapies – a gentle way to release tension and restore balance.
  • Read from our small Dharma library – deepen your understanding and inspiration through selected spiritual texts.
