At Senda Loto, we have softened the edges of the outside world so your body can settle into deep rest. Surrounded by nature and calming design, our retreat spaces support silence, simplicity, and inner stillness, allowing the landscape itself to become part of the journey.

Our meditation temples are nestled within a tropical sanctuary in the Sierra Nevada, with retreat-only spaces dedicated to practice. Guests also have optional access to the restaurant and selected amenities of the neighboring Senda eco-hotels.

Located just five minutes from Tayrona National Park, between Santa Marta and Palomino, Senda Loto is easily accessible by private transfer or local bus. The climate remains warm year-round, typically ranging from 24°C at night to 31°C during the day, with both rainy and dry seasons bringing their own unique beauty.

We coordinate everything in advance and stay in touch on the day of your arrival, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

Arriving by Bus

You can also reach Senda Loto by public transportation. Direct buses to Tayrona / Palomino depart regularly from Santa Marta’s main market (Mercado Público) or from the Terminal de Transportes.

Ask the driver to drop you off at “El Zaino”, the main entrance to Tayrona National Park. From there, we’re just a 5-minute walk away. There is usually also Mototaxis and taxis available at the entrance, or we can help you arrange a pickup in advance.
