No. This retreat is designed to welcome both experienced practitioners and those new to meditation or yoga.
Each guide will support you from the ground up, with progressive practices adapted to your individual pace and circumstances.

Our retreat center is located just 5 minutes from the main entrance of Tayrona National Park, between the towns of Santa Marta and Palomino. You can arrive by private transport or bus, depending on your preferences and travel plans.
